My observations: Yes, alcohol is the worst. One drink might loosen you up, but long term it makes things way worse. Coffee definitely doesn't help, I was a long time 4-8 cups a day guy and cut that out years back. I've found a happy medium at one strong cup a day. No stuttering difference vs 0 cups and I feel more productive. Nicotine helps me in small doses, but obviously I don't recommend if you're not already a user. Weed and mushrooms definitely help, but not sustainable for regular use. Tried CBD (no effect) and ashwaganda (big help, but makes my brain foggy).
