Go see a psychiatrist/therapist, there's no shame in it at all! If they think it's a communication issue then a speech therapist might be the next option....

I recommend therapy. It can give you the tools needed to deal with unhelpful thoughts and feelings like that. Feeling suicidal after a bad stuttering event is not a normal reaction....
