I am doing therapy for a period of 3 months. My therapist said that it will take 3 years to get a noticable effect on my stutter. I'm 26. 4 more years will cause me to loose eligibility to the army. So whatever I have to do I have to do it right now and I'm failing at that which makes me desperate and sad.
