Let your teacher know. They will tell you normally that its no problem and tell them its something that you were born with and originated in the brain and not because of stress or being tired....

I live in canada so i had alot of french speaking test,dont think about it,dont count down the hours.Just know you have a speaking exam dont put too much pressure and just know ur ganna kill it....

I was in a similar situation with a Japanese exam recently. If the instructor knows you have a stutter it shouldn't affect how they grade you, as long as you know the words take as long as you need to...
