I wouldn't personally either of those intensive courses. I would especially advise against HCRI. They didn't even have an SLP on staff until to a few years ago to cover their asses from that criticism...

There are formulated mouthwashes that contain glycerin which are used to treat dry mouth. A larger drug store (you can find it in the toothpaste aisle) and probably Amazon should sell it. Good luck!...
