I get that but surely there's a good few methods to help alleviate the symptoms and to slow the brain and heart down. We all have techniques for stuttering but sometimes things can interfere with it such as tiredness, heightened anxiety, dry mouth, blocked nose / congested throat, etc. It'd be nice to be able to have methods for all these obstacles that can help bring things back to normal so we can try to control our stutter better. That's in my case at least, I don't know what everyone else is like
