Stuttering has very little to do with anxiety, so I doubt it's college. Anyway, maybe try the delayed audio feedback apps out there? I stutter and frankly don't know if you can do anything about it. ...

If you have no genetic component for predisposition to stuttering, I dont see how trauma can alter you're physical brain communication to produce natural stuttering disfluencies....
