some people reject trying to control it as well. They simple strive not to be so bothered by it. To stutter without struggle (and this usually helps with fluency too)....

Speech therapy. Anxiety makes people unsecure so it makes you sttutter. You can't cure stutter only you can control it. Go to speech therapy. It'll be useful....

I don't know if my stutter is considered severe, but I stutter at least once per sentence. It does suck. I usually prefix words to avoid stuttering. For some reason it's gotten worse over the years....
