There is also the strategy of voluntary stuttering. The point of this is twofold. It can desensitize the speaker by slipping in small stutters that are noticeable but not big to get used to stuttering...

well, it's something you train. i think part of it is identifying what you often block/repeat on, and how you should go about doing controlled versions of it. but you should consult a speech therapis...
