Depends on the person, I'd say ask questions about it, if he brings it up. If he doesn't than don't worry about. As for finishing sentences, I'd say your safest bet is not to do that. :) ...

Just relax and have a good time. When I'm on a date, I talk about my stutter when it's obvious. If she's really as great you say she is, then she won't mind. If she does mind, then she's not worth it....
