you don't have one but you think you do. If you actively listen to people's speech you'll realise alot of the disfluencys you think are stuttering are just normal speech. Moral is don't worry about it...

Is it possible? Yes, people have done it. It has its own challenges though. You have to hold your self accountable, research things, test it out, troubleshoot it, measure your progress, etc....
