I got better when I stopped caring and accepted it, which seems counterintuitive, but it really does help....

i feel like it got better in middle school, then 9th grade i started talking significantly less and 10th grade covid hit so i guess my progress reset and it's been terrible ever since ~2021...

It was easy as I had the script ready before hand and I was just reading that like reading a book (and it could be felt too :/ ) - otherwise it could be a nightmare......
