I was the same, severely regret letting the anxiety control me for the best part of 3 years. Saw a psychologist for 6 months and it fixed all my issues. Highly recommend you give it a go too...

I take Lexapro (Citalopram) too, which has certainly made a big difference to my anxiety and reduced my stuttering too. I still stutter but not nearly as often as before....
