I feel that. I have a script to control which words come before my name. If I have to say my name with “my name is” in front I don’t know why but it makes it worse for me...

Try to use word linkage .. for example if you're stuck on the word "jack" you can put a word before it and say them with no space between them "i ammmjack " it sometimes work .....

Imo it is better to write the word than having a minute long block....

I speak gutturally, squeak my voice, pull some vowels, speak casually, substitute, if it doesn't work, don't emphasize it. Gain confidence in your own voice. Don't dwell on the stuttering....
