That’s so true how it gets easier to speak with someone the more you actually speak 😅. Maybe I will try saying my name more mid way in convo rather than at the beginning as that is for sure really tough. I prefer to actually not have a script while speaking as with a script I’m too focused on actually following it even if the word comes with a block. Free speech is a lot more fluid for me as when I can feel a block associated with a word I just change up the word unlike a script where I feel like I must say that word since it’s written down
