Please try to find a neurologist that takes you seriously. Your doctor can discuss this with you. Perhaps something different than you imagine is going on. This is not meant to scare you in the least....

damn dude it sounds like you're having some self-confidence issues/depression. do you see a slp? if not then you should. if yes, maybe a psychiatrist/psychologist could help more? dont let the stutter...
