Nah, talking to yourself isn't the same as talking to someone else. Stutter changes depending on the situation. Again, in your earlier comments, it looks like therapy helped. Maybe it helps again....
I second this. I think the amount you sleep / stress play a major role in how your stutter is from day to day. This is the case for me at least....
