I'm here too!! :) 23F. I have fluent-moderate-severe episodes, depending on my stress level and the people whom I'm talking to. Unfortunately, I've had to give up my dream career (becoming a therapist, at least temporarily), but now I'm learning computer science which falls in the "good enough" category, so I'm pretty content with my life! The presence of my SO helps me a lot, and I'm very looking forward for my future :)
