Way way worse. Also not worth it health wise. The best thing i’ve found is good old fashioned exercise. It helps me mentally, gives me confidence, and relaxes my body....

Thats not at all how it is, atleast for most people who stutter. Its more of a physical thing that gets worse when you’re nervous, but no matter how confident you are it’ll always be there....
