Hm, in a pinch, but it makes it worse most of the time. What works for ME is some weed, smoke a little bit and I can talk fluently 90% of the time, even more if I'm not thinking about it....

Try taking vitamin B1. It may help given how severe your stutter is. Look into a highly soluble forms such as sulbutiamine or benfotiamine. High doses (atleast 400 mg per day)....

I always have stuttered, but I do remember it being less severe before I started drinking caffeine daily. Although, I was also a kid and didn’t have the stress of adult life lol....
