The problem is there is a difference between regular disfluencies in speech and dysfluencies in disordered stuttering speech, then being able to differentiate between them. Anyway, good luck....

I only have "blocks" not stutters. I do not block when I am calm (at all), I can talk one on one with someone for hours and maybe have 1 or 2 blocks (but I typically am able to choose an alternate word fast enough for this to not be a problem).
