Very similar problem here. For me, the first 10 words or so of a sentence is really hard to get out, but I'm usually fluent or almost fluent for the rest of what I'm saying....

Same here. I've had people legitimately think I've forgotten my own name. I just don't like that even when I do say my name, my blocking makes the M-sound come out muffled and it sounds awkward....
