this sounds like actual stuttering tbh - its pretty common for it to get worse under stress even if you can speak fluently when relaxed. anxiety might amplify it but doesnt mean the stutter isnt real....

Yes you should try or u can do by your own like breathing, reading, prolongation and slow speech. Emphasis on words and can also use apps available on playstore...
