Thanks! I'm 28 also and my stutter was definitely much worse when I was younger. I think part of it is also confidence about generalities, so I need to work on that also. I've traveled a lot before...

english is my second language and I tend to stutter waaaaay less than I do with my first language. I think it has to do with my mother tongue having a lot of pause sounds in pronunciation....

I also stutter alot in english. My first language is urdu and im at least 60 to 70 percent fluent in it. Depends on the days too....

Ill just say it; the most challenging aspect of stuttering is acceptance. Nothing really works besides pausing and trying again until you succeed, so the real problem is how much you let it affect you...
