Id look into recording yourself saying a word that you love that you frequently stutter on and then get someone to show you the wave pattern of the word as you stutter and get the wave pattern tattooe...

Tip 4 helps me the most. Its really good, but sometmies those fill vocals take too long...so it's weird too, but nobody thinks you are stuttering....

Gotcha. I think I've had the same experience. When I self-identified myself as a stutterer, my stuttering slightly increased when I was talking my thoughts to myself....
