The only drugs that eased my stuttering is Alprazolam (Xanax). I've stopped taking those since it's highly addictive and you build up tolerance quickly....

Xannax for me eases the speech blocks. Alcohol has some of the same effect. It's indifferent with weed and psychedelics. Really good cocaine seems to make my speech much more fluent. Not the same with...
