At first man, just try to learn gramar, vocabulary and stuff like that. talk to yourself if u want to learn pronunciation, 99% ppl who stutter dont stutter while they talk to themselves. it will help....

I tried one of these. I do believe that it was pretty effective but I found the side-effects to be pretty shitty so I stopped taking it. I was so dull and almost felt like a ghost at times....
