Use notecards with key points and you'll remember everything else. Its also about trying to desensitize yourself to situations like this. The more you do it, the easier it becomes....

Blocks. I have certain words i cant say. For example sister, library etc. Its just weird. I usually can say three or four words, and then i get a block which lasts for around a second....

same thing. We call it stuttering, commonwealth countries call it stammering. I've heard doctors talk about a difference, but I have no idea where they get that from. it's the same thing....

I don't know if you can really say that. Covert people don't really stutter, that doesn't make them any less of stutterers. It may have been more situational for them, but they've blocked the same way...
