Be as chill as possible, and don't think about it too much. Probably won't work fully but that's what helps me, momentarily at least....

Yep.. worse when they say “what?” before you’ve broke out of your block.. happens a lot while ordering. “ can’t hear you, what did you say?” I want to die inside...

That's why I repeat what ever I say the first time twice when I'm already in the flow. If the flow breaks, hard to say without stuttering...
