Way way worse. Also not worth it health wise. The best thing i’ve found is good old fashioned exercise. It helps me mentally, gives me confidence, and relaxes my body....

Xanax and Propanol helped me but it's not an everyday solution, as it tires me out. I only take it when I know I'm presenting or a stressful anxious event is coming up....
