Fair enough. Because my speaking style gets changed almost everyday. The consistency isn’t there. I also either talk softly or loudly on calls. If it’s somewhere in the middle, I stutter more....

That's exactly what I mean. You likely focus more on articulating the accent, which distracts from stuttering....

I think rapping might help. Speaking really really fast 'overclocks' some regions in the brain, so if they were an actual bottleneck in real life situations – you get improved fluency....
