You seem kind of young to me. Those are all things that you will get used to over time. I don't know you or the other people in the group, so I can't really say. The point is that you don't have to make it all depend on what they think of you, because _they_ just follow _your_ judgement of how cool you are. The stuttering itself is almost a non-issue here.
