Call center and stutter Hi, i just wanted to know if any one of you fellas have a stutter and work in call center's voice medium? I have a stutter which is quite bad with family, but outside it's very mildback in 2019, I startedworkingin a call centre - my job was to handle customers' inquiries through calls, live chats, and email. For the first two months, I managed to take calls almost perfectly, but then Covid happened and I had to work from homeat home, for the first 2 weeks, I took calls nicely. But as soon as the third week started, I wasn't able to greet the customers over call due to bad days. After those bad days and breakdown, I've not been able to take calls perfectly. If any of you work in a call center, please feel free to share how you deal with your bad speech days and deal with stutter and a call center job at the same time.
