I'm so very sorry. I hate how other people react to stuttering. Have you thought about seeing a speech therapist? Not just the stuff they do in schools, which isn't nearly enough, but now that you're older. Working with one who is trained in stuttering can be really helpful. (I'm a speech therapist so I'm biased, but I've seen some good results.) It's not going to make it so you don't stutter, but it will help you learn to pull out of blocks, help you decrease the odds of stuttering on a word you know you're going to have trouble with (such as your name, at least most people stutter that), and basically just make things easier on you.
