I get the same thing with words that I just can't say, not that I'd stutter, but I really can't start a sentence with them. Sometimes I can work around and say "My name is ___" or something. If you go in tomorrow and she says "Hey Steve", you could say "Oh it's Phil" or whatever and she'll probably just think she misremembered.
