Thinking about it while watching movies

Thinking about it while watching movies Hello, so when I watch a movie I always think when they say smth I think would be hard for me is "would I be able to say that?" And then I practice for a while wich make it even worse. And when I don't think about it while Watching a movie I say a quote from the movie while watching with no stutter even though it's "hard for me" yall have any tips not to think about it while doing stuff and especially talking?
