Any Voice-Synthesizer-Style products available?

Any Voice-Synthesizer-Style products available? Hi, I can talk great a lot of the time, then I just hit a brick wall and can't talk. ​ I was wondering if there was some kind of text-to-voice solution so I can carry a type-pad around to fill in the gaps when I can't talk.
