This was my fear going into the job but it turned out the exact opposite lol. I had a pretty severe stutter but everyone at my work is now used to the way I talk and they just wait for me to get out my sentence. It doesn't matter how you talk, if you bring good value to the company nobody cares. Unless you're job involves talking to people all day then that's a different story haha
