What great advice. OP needs to take steps to remove herself from that horrible situation. There are various social programs that could help. Every states are different. She should do everything to become self-sufficient and state jobs do not discriminate against handicapped individuals. In fact, many states seek trainable, handicapped individuals because there are quotas to reach to be in conformity with the law. Your advice is spot-on. Let's hope OP takes it seriously.
