You got this brother, there is no shame in having a stutter. However, in the moment it’s really easy for that ashamed feeling to sneak back in. We just have to learn to kick that feeling back to touch and keep our head held high I’m 31 and my stutter has affected me through my life but in adulthood I have tried to learn to embrace it. Again, easier said than done though. It takes courage to post this, even to a group where we all know exactly what you’re feeling.
