That's just false. OCD, anxiety, and a slew of other conditions are often treated as a punchline. I'm struggling to think of a TV show that treats stuttering as a joke. Outside of shows like South Park, which treat everything as a joke. And to be fair, South Park doesn't really bash on Jimmy for his stutter.
