This has worked for me before. Thinking of one word but actually saying another. Something else that's worked for me sometimes is changing the sentence composition. Instead of "Did you see the new Spider-Man movie?" (The word NEW ends with a complete vocal stop, which I've learned is bad for getting words out)... I'll use a word that ends with a vowel before "Spider-Man". "Did you see the new movie - the Spider-Man one."
