Not so sure. It seems more like a side product of other life improvements. As a kid my brain would overwork, overcompensate, and would often not be in a comfortable state of mind to actually process and improve upon my ways. Maybe I just needed more mature and welcoming company. But anyways I eventually got alone time, then got myself to actually start enjoying life, which fixed my anxiety issues and made my sleep much more relaxing and adaptable. I just finally loved myself for what it was, and carefully listened to my body and mind to find the precursors to that "ideal state".(a good place to start is to notice the times and conditions of day when your mind is at relative peace and comfort, then just try to have the same base thoughts guiding your rest of day and the resulting social interactions). Its still a work in progress for sure, but life's so much more smooth and fun now!
