Man, my benzo addiction was usually \~10 pills a day minimum along with alcohol and all. I reckon the worst damage was mixing it all with meth, ecstacy and nos on the daily. I used to work abroad, in a hostel at one point, and it's all I did. Years later the effects haven't gotten better, but I still haven't dropped benzos yet.
