i hate being on the phone at work. even when it starts rings my heart drops. i work in a pretty open office where everyone can hear everyone's calls. everyone picks up the phone and says "hi, this is (first name)" i'm like the only asshole who says "hello". obviously since i have trouble most of the time saying my name.
