What's so funny about stuttering?

What's so funny about stuttering? Just a rent but I genuinely wanna know what's funny about it.. is it repeating word or letters? Or do ppl think the faces we make when we block are so funny and hilarious? I mean we're obviously struggling and distressed so please I genuinely wanna know why
