Small stutter "cure" I found I'm not a large stutterer, and have more of the occasional stammer and blockage as a forewarning. However, I found this happens significantly less on days I work out (weightlifting). I'm more confident and less anxious when it comes to speaking and social interaction, after working out. Occasionally I've scheduled a workout before social interaction just to make sure that it goes smoothly. I believe this could work for Cardio too, but check out /r/fitness if you're interested.
