Personally reading out loud doesnt help me. But over a few months ive gotten better at it with my speech therapist. Look up techniques like cancelation, easy onset, light contact, slow speech, and [much much](https://blog.slpnow.com/fluency-strategies/) more. This has helped me so much over the few months that ibe been in speech therapy. And a stutter is like that, it comes and goes, some days/weeks are better for me, sometimes its worse, it happens and it is OK. You can get through this, i belive in you, you just have to put in the time to learn how to get through a stutter.
