I hate that I've been so fluent at work lately, now I've set the bar high for myself, again. This always happens. **Step 1)** Go through a vicious stuttering/blocking cycle. **Step 2)** Come to terms with being someone who stutters and accept myself for it ->Stutter openly. **Step 3)** Become so relaxed with myself that I gain miraculous fluency when speaking and become a whole new person with have zero anxiety/fear when speaking. **Step 4)** Become subconsciously anxious that I will go back to Step 1) even though I have visibly lived Step 3 as material evidence to know I can be fluent and speak normally. *Repeat.* Just needed to share this. (:
