If you're in the US, I cannot reccomend the NSA (national stuttering association, not the government) enough. If you can find a support group near you, those are really helpful, and the annual conference that they have was literally life changing for me. If you have the opportunity to go to one, definitely go. And if you can't/don't want to go to an event in person, their website westutter.org has lots of really great stuff on it. I think we've all had moments like you're having (I myself have them about once a month), but being with other people who stutter and knowing that you're not alone makes it so much easier.
